Alina Zagitova

Does anyone know if the practice sessions are going to be streamed?

Good luck to Alina! The gold is yours for the taking, girl!

First took place yesterday but all russian girls arrived only afternoon. Today's practise times can be found here:
http://www.isuresults.com/schedules/ec2019_ColouredTimeSchedule.pdf
and here:

Alina is in the second group, today's training for this group is scheduled for 11:30-12:10 on main rink and for 18:05-18:45 on practice rink.

Thank you! I knew Alina (and the other Russians) weren’t there in practice yesterday so I didn‘t watch it. But I guess it makes sense to train on her home rink for one more day, away from the media, especially since the distance is so close.

Team.moonbear has streamed the men‘s practice so far on Instagram. I didn‘t watch a whole lot of it so I know nothing of the quality. If anyone has better streams, please tell!

Good luck!! :cheer:

Since it's my first time, I don't know how it usually goes, but she jumps A LOT, I mean, Alina alone did more jumps than all the others combined. Loads of lutzes, Axels, flips and combos, and a lots of spins too.
But one thing that got me a bit worried was that she was coughing a little and used a lot of handkerchiefs

Ohh, thanks a lot for the reports!
A lot of jumps seem to be normal thing for Alina, judging by past practice reports.
Hope the coughing thing is nothing serious.
Enjoy your time there (and feel all the envy from us :))!

All I can feel now it's excitement (and it's still the practices)
I traveled 11000 km to Minsk and wasn't let down once! The atmosphere is fantastic: the names bring announced, the audience cheering for every jump, me and other fans squeezing through the rails to get some autographs...
I don't mean to make anyone jealous, just sharing my enthusiasm!

*Off topic fun fact*
After Alina's group my mother and I went to the mall to have lunch when a group of people with the Italian jacket came and began to look at the menu of a Japanese restaurant at the food court, the same one we ordered. I noticed a familiar face and there she was : Anna Cappelini!
However we we ordered twice the food there was a whole bowl of yakissoba untouched, so we gave to them! (And I got a autograph from Anna Cappelini).
