People are speculating they have a special product-placement deal with Louis Vuitton brand. Eteri's purse, Daniil's scarfs, etc. Apparently they been flashing a lot of various LV accessories in KnC lately. Exclusively and solemnly LV brand. Perhaps LV people like the consistency and drama?
That is actually called "cross-marketing" in terms of PR strategy. Selena Gomez is also a Puma-sponsored, right? So, yeah, fans definitely will see some sort of coloboration between Selena and Alina. I see Puma will make it happen in the off-season. Cross-marketing between teenagers and different demographics from different countries is good for any brand. Fans just need to wait till summer/late spring. That also will be great for figure skating. It could potentially attract a lot of new young fans into sport. Daniil G could do a special EX-program for Alina's off-season, certainly with choreography for one of the Selena's music and put some of her signature dance moves into Alina's EX. They can do a photoshoot on an icerink later at some point, teaching one another how to skate and to sing. Lol.
But to be fair, it's a great product, I've always loved them. I'm not buying Shiseido (I'm a man) or Edea boots or Matrix blades.
I'm going out to buy a whole heap of Puma apparel.

I didn't notice until now, but in between posing for Puma and interviewing for Japan, Alina has confirmed she is going to Worlds! Those who were "worried" about Alina's spot can stop worrying now :agree:
