Alina Zagitova

That's what a lot have been saying about her programs. Her scores are unlikely to suffer if they would just get rid of 25% the clutter and her programs would be more enjoyable, for viewers and for her too!

Personally, the a lot is the clutter for me.

By your strategy Alina would score about 25% lower than she does and regularly be beaten by lesser skaters. Nyet thanks.

I enjoy her programs and I am sure that there are millions of "viewers" who feel likewise.
And I honestly have no idea how much Alina "enjoys" her programs because I'm not a mind reader.
I'm sure she enjoyed the results these programs have gotten her.

To be honest, I don't know why you felt the need to post this in her fanfest.
I can only guess.
If you had just expressed concern that her programs are very difficult because of all the transitions, that's one thing.
But when you make statements like "clutter" and "more enjoyable for viewers", it doesn't sound very "fan-like" to me.

I enjoy watching those clutter and it the busyness contrast with the rest help her standout from the crowd. I personally feel this is the trend nowadays and I start seeing more Japanese skaters trying hard to clutter their program.

The other point I want to make is from time to time I saw people tends to be over reacted to some "negative" comment and crowned as non fan like. Being a big fan of Alina, I don't know where is the good place to discuss those constructive suggestions (which some sensitive people could feel as negative). I don't think the arena is a good place as there are all sort of bias opinion and personal attack. I think the fastest is the appropriate place and we all want Alina to achieve the best, which is what a true fan should do. I truly believe Alina appreciate more for their fans to be her true friend who don't shy away from honest opinion. I can see maturity in majority of people in this forum and I don't see the need to be too protective.

I think it is somehow as the "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" tale effect. There were numerous examples with dubious motives with passive-aggressive comments that even if someone may have truly concerning ambitions now may sound as none.

Most of the people who comment here are old enough and quite multi educated I will say, that can keep constructive criticism even if it can be negative. It has been done many times anyway. And most of them (if not all) are here not because they worship Alina, but because they admire her.

Amazing. I can't believe that video has three thumbs down on YouTube. SMH.

I think I pretty much spelled out what the difference is between "constructive criticism" and "negativity".

I seriously doubt that I am wrong in this case.

Wow, defensive crowd. I'm just responding to one section of the interview, or someone's interpretation of the interview.

Besides, my criticism is about the choreographer.

She has all these elements (clutter) and still scores the same as other skaters. Why do you think if she removes them she will score the same? Are the judges give her zero points for this extra 25%? Then maybe she is underscored. Other option will be she is doing them with less quality compared to other skaters or something else. What is your option?

Can you point a couple of elements that you think are in this 25% of redundancy?

Alina could not remove all those steps transitions and difficult elements from her routines because then she will score many less points and be less likely to make a Podium let alone win a gold medal.

Alina’s figure looks amazing. She looks so strong and muscular but also so feminine. I can’t believe people say she’s too thin.

I totally agree. I'd say she is going through this adolescent phase like a true boss. She grew up into a beautiful lady, looking healthy and feminine.
