literally everyone has to have an opinion about Alina not being at Test skates, like it’s the end of the world, and pour tons of criticism and scrutiny.
When so many other top skaters did EXACTLY the same thing, and no one bats eye to that.
The double standard is mind boggling.
At this point, I think no matter what Alina says or does, no matter what her team says or does, there’s going to be an outrage and overreaction to everything.

Yes, I guess it's where we put the zero.
I even wanted to see those "kossacks and dolphins" (if the video wasn't too long). The answer turned out to be simple: these were the names of those who worked to make this video. "Ilia Kozakov" turned into "0 Cossacks of". As for the dolphins, I didn't remember how bottle-nosed dolphins can be called in Russian (besides "dolphins"), but a dictionary says the word for such a dolphin is "afalina". So the name of a girl (who is Alina too) turned into "afalina". 
As far as I remember I also saw "Grand Prix" turning into "gun" in this video and etc.

The reaction to her not being at test skates is outrageous. Several of the Russian ladies are not there so maybe it's not a bad idea for Alina to skip it. How can anyone be expected to be in decent form after not skating for about 4 months? And these incredible athletes will be more injury-prone because they did not have a normal offseason of resting and training
.

I don't think her form has anything to do with Alina's decision to not be there. I don't think the break will have any significant impact on skaters. These are exaggerations made by fans.

I missed her today.So much.
Yes. I missed her a lot. More than I thought I would for something like the test skates.
I didn't miss getting all nervous and edgy beforehand, hoping she would skate well.
But I missed her presence on the ice. And how she keeps growing as a performer each season.
And how magnificent her 3Lz-3Lo is when she is "on" her game.
