Alisa Dvoeglazova

Dvoeglazova is upset about her mistake on the quadruple lutz at the Grand Prix in Krasnoyarsk.
Figure skater Alisa Dvoeglazova commented on her victory at the Russian Grand Prix stage in Krasnoyarsk.

"I'm really happy to have won this event – my first in the senior category. I can comment... The first thing that comes to mind is the quadruple lutz. Like the quadruple lutz that was supposed to happen. It's incredibly frustrating, I think I've already tried every possible approach to this jump. I talked a lot with Daniil Markovich (Gleikhengauz) about it. I went out there, angry, but prepared, and the six-minute section also went very well. But apparently, something else needs to be done, because I've run out of ideas about what needs to change in my training to make it work."

– Maybe I should just stop thinking about him? And just go out and skate my program.

Maybe.

– How did you like the audience? The second dance part really pushed you forward.

"Yes, the entire spectator's support was fantastic. After every jump, I heard applause, which gave me the strength to keep going and fight for every element."

– Did you have such a long wait – were you nervous or have you already gotten used to being the last one on the ice?

"I don't think so. It's not my first time. I also spoke with Daniil Markovich. He said: you're the leader after the short program, you should go out and enjoy it. I really did enjoy it – here I am, finishing this competition as the leader after the short program."

– Did you see Sergei Viktorovich (Dudakov)’s reaction to some moments in your program?

"We exchanged glances and laughed. I've even been seeing clips of his reaction to Andrei Mozalev's performance since yesterday. The audience, I understand, really likes it too."

"We haven't spoken with Eteri Georgievna (Tutberidze) yet. She's in Canada right now. But we'll see her soon,"
Dvoeglazova said on Channel One.

"I prepared myself for the possibility that something wouldn't work out, and I understood that anything could happen. In the program, I made decisions on the fly. Eteri Georgievna says, 'Count, count.'

My mother taught me from childhood that you need to calculate, and that’s why there were several times when I didn’t win or get on the podium because I needed to do one less rotation to avoid repetitions,” the figure skater was quoted as saying by “Championship” .

Alisik talks about how Arseniy talks to her through phone to support her, she is blushing during that, So cute :love2:
