Ami Nakai (中井 亜美) is a women's singles skater representing Japan. She was born April 27, 2008 in Niigata, Niigata Prefecture, Japan.
At the senior level, she is the 2026 Winter Olympics bronze medalist, the 2025-26 Grand Prix Final silver medalist, the 2025 Grand Prix de France champion and the 2025 Skate Canada bronze medalist.
At the junior level, she is the 2023 Junior World bronze medalist, the 2024-25 JGPF bronze medalist, a 4-time JGP champion and the 2022 JGP Latvia bronze medalist.
