I wanted to try my hand at this "alternative music" thing. How does Anna's FS work with melancholic piano? Of course, it's not really in sync but works very well with backloading. Would this type of music suit her?

Usually alt music includes heavy editing to match actual skate. Nevertheless I like it ^_^ She would be good with this music :agree:

This is really such a cool moment! Anna seemed a bit hesitant at first but eventually warmed up. It‘s nice to see that there‘s no tension between them because they‘re young girls and shouldn‘t be affected by... all this tension, let‘s put it this way.

Anna is at test skates in Novogorsk.
According to the 2018-2019 Russian ladies thread:
In her SP, she jumped 2A, 3F, and 3Lz-3Lo x.
She stumbled (hand down) on footwork, but otherwise, she skated clean. Despite this, she left people “speechless” and someone said she had the best program, though obviously that’s subject to opinion. Apparently the music is similar to her old Nocturne one in terms of grace and lightness.

She speaks like a model young XIX-century maiden taught etiquette since earliest years, very articulate and modest, but without false uncertainty. Long time ago I read an opinion of some woman in VK, who praised Anna's mom as a great mother - didn't quite understand it back then. Now I do. :yes:

Exactly my thoughts. Even if I understand only a little, it's just pleasure to hear her soft quiet voice and see her good manners

Yeah, same. I mean, she‘s obviously humble and intelligent and maybe a bit wise beyond her years (that’s a pattern I’ve noticed here.. maybe it’s the pressure of being an elite athlete that gives these young girls this kind of maturity) but she‘s ultimately... still a kid. A clever but quite normal kid at that. Which I‘m glad about. They‘re already training like adults and competing like adults, let them speak like children.
