And she is buildng momentum for GPF and Rusnats. Too bad Russia can take all 6 GPF spots but get only 3 for olympics and worlds. Its so unfair. The ISU reward the countries that dominate disciplines better than they do

Has any one country in one discipline ever had the top 6 skaters in one season? Nyet. It will happen this season unless aliona collapses.

Is anna off to a challenger now or just wait for IDF?

Wait for IdF. A nice period for her to keep working and improving as she always does!

Btw France better figure their stuff out with immigration before then. They are not excluding the world champion!!! Not on my watch!! (which yes, means nothing haha)

Whats the problem with France?

Anya hitting her stride now. As expected. No more she is broken BS because she is 17 and had injuries. Is there a healthy figure skater out there? No one is 100%. Not possible.
 
Family meeting is still ongoing, but I've found time to watch Anna and Maiia. Girls are heroes. And when Anna adds her second quad, she will be hard to beat to anyone. This skate was so amazing and such a statement from Anya I'm almost in tears.:love:

Quarantine requirements that made Russian juniors unable to compete in the JGP events. I don't know what the status is but I hope they figure it out if they haven't already.

Btw. I absolutely LIVE for Anna's facial expression change to "mischievous" when the music changes in the second half of this Free program. She makes it look fun, interesting and a bit different, but anyone who has followed her, ever, knows that that face is not what she's like usually. She just performs it SO WELL :bsplit:. I don't think this program could realistically be pulled off by most skaters, but with Anna I didn't even think twice.

I'm all over here this evening, but just one last thought: I have never seen Anna cover this much distance in her triples. Especially the first 3F, then the 3Lz in combo which she FLEW into. It's so funny to me, that was the combination that caused a problem in the SP. Most people would understandably be more worried and tentative after that, but I don't think I've ever seen her go into that with more speed :rofl:
