Anyone Else Having Problems Getting Onto The Site???

For the last couple of weeks, I've had problems getting onto the site and when I get onto the site and respond, it takes at least 5 minutes to post. All I get is the headings.

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems or if it is just on my end.
