Hi, I am currently having a lot of trouble with my forward camel spin. I have been working on it for about a year now, and it comes and goes. When I enter the spin, I immediately fall out of it. I'm working on not rushing into my camel, but I'm still falling out of it. It's getting to be really frustrating because I am doing doubles but I still can't do a camel spin. Any advice?
