I liked Chaeyeon Kim's overall performances the best across the SP and LP at this year's Worlds. I really like her variety of complex transitions and dramatic movements in and out of jumps, with quick dipping and arching movements done with great fluidity, grace and musicality coupled with landing jumps so well across both programs. She was just relatively underscored a lot in my opinion. I like Chayeon's artistic expression with her arms a lot too in the long especially with the long black gloves to accentuate her beautiful and dramatic expression.

ITA. I just watched NBC rabbit ears coverage of Chaeyeon's FS and he , JW, said she needs "polish and refinement" and Tara L says she just throws away her landings...I think Gracie Gold is correct about the NBC team being bullies....
 
Congratulations to Chaeyeon on her resounding victory and her marvelously clean skating in Shanghai. She has an enchanting style with a mix of interesting artistic influences from all over the world that's really hard to pinpoint. She has lovely and passionate expression in her arms and intricate dipping and pivoting movements in her transitions with fluid motion through her jumps and smooth expressive skating skills and steps

Congratulations to Chaeyeon Kim on her resounding victory at 4CC's. I haven't seen her SP yet, but Chaeyeon's freeskate at 4CC's is the most emotionally resonant and impressive performance I have ever seen her give. I even started to tear up near the conclusion. Such beautiful abandon mixed with elegance and grace filled with suspense when she appeared to be off-axis a bit a couple of times but still landed jumps and transitions between spins so smoothly whish added to the excitement.
