Weiss wrote on his facebook page a very touching tribute to Don. Thankfully both Scott and Mike were able to be by his side in the last few days.

A gentle man and a honorable person. He inspired loyalty and affection from all who knew him.

So sad to hear this. He was coaching in Atlanta during a time that I lived there and he was very polite and friendly to everyone he passed by. A fabulous coach--heaven keeps a special place for people like him.
