Oh jesus, Meryl & Charlie were amazing!! I loved their performance so much. Beautiful costumes, beautiful program, beautiful choreography. Just amazing. I can't believe they're behind Virtue & Moir.

Well they beat V/M in the Free and Original dance. V/M had a great compulsory dance which saved their butts here!

Considering that just a few weeks ago Ben was out with a back injury, I can't say I'm too disappointed. Yeah, it would have been great for them to win in front of a home crowd, but hey, no winners curse now! Can I be the first to say B+A FTW in Vancouver? I really hope they find a groove that fits them and just keep getting better and better.

I thought it was going to go to B/A but D/S were very good... I don't know, I felt thatif it didn't happened for B/A now, It just won't happen...

The scoring is kind of cock-eyed.

I actually agree with D/S being in first- they are so powerful and take up so much air and space and command on the ice.

Next, I would have had D/W- they gave the most complete technical and emotional performance. Their pacing in this program was the best I've seen all year from them.

Next, I would have had V/M and B/A close- they were both not quite as sharp technically and while V/M performed a minor miracle by doing as well as they have after basically sitting out most of the season their program was not as seasoned or developed. B/A while I'm glad they stood up got slower and tighter as the program went along- especially Tanith- she kept breaking at the waist.

But wow- everyone is fighting for every point.

Seriously, D/W missed the podium by .04? It all came down to the CD? Good Lord, they better train those like mad next season. I'm still so proud of them for all they've done to improve this season. Definitely a step up, and they can only get better from here.

DomShabs were lovely I thought. There were a few little things here and there, but I still really enjoyed it. They looked so happy in the KnC, I liked seeing that.

But gosh this competition couldn't have been any closer could it?!

Oh wow the WESTERN BLOC is so obvious isn't it? The BIAS toward the AMERICANS here is just STAGGERING!! Everyone knows that SILVER is the most coveted medal! Those judges are just in the pocket of the Amerg whjegjk^^%

OK. Whatever. I thought the top 4 dance teams were great, I'm sad for Tanith & Ben, and I'm even more sad for fools who are calling this judging biased toward the Americans.

Yay Yana and Sergei! I'd actually have them over D/S, but with the trend of underscoring #2s, I don't know.

D/S were better. I suppose I can't really complain. Neither D/S or B/A's programs appeal to me. I wish certain coaches wouldn't choreograph their skaters' programs but what can you do?

D/W are working their way up and I'm glad they are now one of the top teams. I'm just sorry they had to miss out on the bronze by so little a margin.
