I don't think Kiira would make a good photo model... When you see her live, she is absolutely stunning and you can't take your eyes away from her. I haven't seen one picture which would capture her presence. In photos she looks quite average, I think.

I feel that her costumes could be better. I also find other top skaters more beautiful as they skate.

She also has great skin so that she may be able to model for a cosmetic company.

She is stunningly beautiful. On pictures, I see her usuall beautifulness PLUS sexiness.(don't get me wrong, I'm a female person and hope I don't sound shallow))

IIRC Kiira doesn't want to be labeled as a blond beauty, and I respect her for that, but when I heard Russian (male) commentator MOAN to see Kiira on the ice, I thought Kiira, you can't help it, you're too beautiful!!!!

I find this discussion really interesting. I agree that some people may look more attractive in live than in photos, and vice versa.

What I like about seeing Kiira in live is her spirit. She looks very healthy, lively and happy. In photos, esp. in her self-portrait photos, she looks more mature perhaps because she poses in certain ways.

Kiira is the most beautiful skater!! Or, she is tied with Tanith Belbin lol. I love watching skaters model. I agree that she looks more beutiful live though. Maybe she's too beautiful to be fully appreciated by a camera lol. Among recent photos of skaters, I really loved YuNa's and Carolina's. Carolina's b/w photos were just amazing. Graceful and dynamic. Yuna's, the one where she fully bends her back in a black dress, was also amazing. Now, only if I can see Alissa in a stunning dress

My only nonskating week this year was during the week of Skate Detroit in July. I spent that week in New York City and participated in an acting and modeling competition. I went there with an acting and modeling group from an agency in Detroit with whom I train. We were there for 7 long days, but aside from the competition, I did get to see Ground Zero and the Empire State Building, take a harbor tour, and do some shopping.

But there are no pictures from her modeling session excepth the two in the kickin' hat on the two sides of her main page.

To me, Kiira has healthy beauty. I like that. But she might be more like the standard type of beauty and might appear less unique than many of the show models.

She has very elegant, calm atmosphere. To me, she looks really gentle and ladylike. She also seems a very 'good girl.' So she may appear a bit less aggressive compared to typical models who are more assertive in their styles.

Well, I think this is it. There are so many pretty blonds out there. There is nothing that makes her stand out from the rest of the models and she has no unique features about her.
