Edea 255 Ice fly blade

I am buying new boots and blades for my daughter. Edea apparently recommends the 9.75 blade or the 9.5 for that boot. We are getting pattern 99 blades. She is going from 250 ice fly with 9.25” pattern 99 blades to the 255 ice fly. Which size blade do most people get with the 255 Edea?

I have 260 Ice Flys with 9.5 blades and they fit perfectly - just under a 1/4" of space behind the heel plate and the end of the boot, but my tech said that some people will also mount 9.75s to 260s. 9.75 is going to be way too long for a 255. Definitely talk to your tech, but you should be just fine with a 9.5.
