In general, weight is very important. Are you saying that in this particular case the weight has nothing to do with mistakes? What did cause them, then, in your opinion?

Weight logically has a great impact on twizzles, the physics of momentum and weight!
Twizzles are much easier for girl's before they gain a woman's body, in much the same way as jumps are a lot easier before puberty!

I think you aren`t alone in this one. TBH, Ruslena didn`t even start to win major international titles and people are already this vicious. What are they going to say when they start to beat everyone left and right? I guess they will revert back to "Ruslan looks like a schoolboy!"

Elena is one of the most beautiful ice dancers I`ve ever seen and this "fat argument" is getting old. Just shows how desperate some people are, it`s not like they can say she has bad skating skills, so they revert back to complaining about her weight.

I was just looking at her page in vk, and i realized one of the reasons why I think she's boyish now: she's dressed like a boy on absolute most of her recent pictures. I remember how excited I was when he teamed up with Volosozhar, but all their programs they did were meh at best. No innovation at all, but I guess that`s what you get from Morozov as a choreographer. I`m just glad that Ruslena and Antonio found each other. I remember one article where Vlasova (I think it was her) mentioned that Morozov doesn`t really believe in detailed choreography and now Elena is working with Najarro, who is all about choreography. Interesting how some things develop.

Haha, yes it's so easy to bash a woman by saying she's fat and a man by saying he's not looking manly. It's a sure hit, but who wants to stoop so low?

And I really also like their rotational lift, I wouldn't mind if they'd keep it another season. The curve lift is also great, but I hope that they change it a little bit.

Seriously, Elena is an athlete first and foremost. She can dress or look however she wants. As long as she's healthy and in shape I don't care, and I find this tangent tiresome.

On another note, I guess this is confirmation that they'll be at the open test skates. I'm really interested to see their programs. I love how supportive they are of each other and how warm their relationship is. I hope they have a really successful season.

I guess the feedback from the FED was good until now, if they go to the open test skates. Can`t wait to see their Frida. If I look at past programs done by Najarro, I can`t really see any programs he did that were bad, maybe with the exception of C/J`s FD, but I think that can be more attributed to their lack of skill and charisma. What I loved about Carmen was that every movement seemed to have a meaning and was on point with the music, I hope their Frida will be similar.

You mentioned her health once and then went on to complain about how you just don't find her attractive anymore and how she should be more curvy and now she looks boyish. I don't care what you personally find attractive and I doubt Elena does either.

I'm glad Karponosov approves of their programs, or at least their FD. I'll be interested to watch Ruslan in the SD.

I can easily see why they would think that. I am at a loss about what to make of your posts myself. I originally thought you were being genuinely concerned that she's not pushing herself too far. Then I saw your further posts, and it's all about her looks, and how unattractive she now appears to you; first she's tired-looking and thin, then you bring up mistakes that you suspect were caused by too much weight, then she looks masculine and muscular... If you're concerned about her health, good, we heard you the first time. But I fail to see any value in thinking aloud about Elena's thin!-no,fat!-no,athletic! looks, and why she doesn't attract you anymore - in her fanfest thread of all places. Sorry, that is beginning to look more and more like trolling, and I don't like it.

On a different note, I'm glad to hear about Karponosov being pleased with this team. I've lost a lot of my original doubts about their FD recently. Go Ruslena.
