Thanks guys but I didn't make the cake in the picture, LOL. I have made them but not this one. The mushrooms are made from meringue...........you can dust them with cocoa powder and they look real.

yule log cake

I love a yule log. I made both a decorative one and two edible ones last year. Yum!
