I think Nationals in Dallas was in 2003 (and I agree that whole men's competition was a disaster).

I'm kind of stuck on this one (and I haven't been looking back @ COI programs, Nationals programs to check results, not that there's anything wrong with that), so is it OK to change to another fs association?
