omg. the right side of her head bounced off the ice. dennis also hit his head and then hit the boards. he was holding the back of his head as he got up.
they've still got her lying on the ice with the medical crew all around her. they're rolling her onto the spinal board! God please let her be okay!

it happened on a rotational lift, exactly like dubreil and lauzon. he lost his grip on her arm and she went flying and he went flying into the boards.

she is now being carried off the ice quickloy by the medical staff - rolled off on a stretcher. her eyes are closed. can't tell if she's conscious. she is being loaded into the ambulance as we speak

I feel badly for the team who has to skate right now. the russian team just took to the ice. this would be very unnerving for anyone.
