NTV showed her being taken out on a stretcher, with her neck immobilized (a standard thing to do in a situation like this). Didn't see Denis, but he looked a bit woozy also, since he fell into the boards. Will let you know if they say any updates that I can actually understand.

There have been so many bad accidents occur in skating since Code of Points came into place. I truly believe these new requirements are too dangerous to the skaters' bodies. They have no chance to breathe in a program anymore. I pray that Melissa makes a full recovery and that she and Denis can overcome this physical and emotional setback . . . SO sad! Jessica Dube, Marie-France Dubreuil, and Tatiana Totmianina along with their partners are proof that they can recover.

Wow, Caron and Jost of France! this is a very impressive team. They are going to go far. Such smooth transitions and great use of body movemements and extension. Beautiful. The commentator called them sensational (and she's an ice dance coach!)

Those rotational lifts are crazy. They are more dangerous their pairs moves almost, and very few skaters proportionaly want to get into pairs.

they had a problem coming out of one of their lifts, and another problem at the end of the their twizzles. I think the French team skated better; however, this team does have great expression solid lifts and amazing speed

It is very worrisome since she wasnt moving, and didnt even look conscious to me.

The Italians had a very nice dance BTW. They should hold 2nd easily.
