"Future dad's head spins at the thought"

doesn't jamie look much older with the short hair? i miss her ponytail.

That's such a cute article and I'm really glad the tour ended before Dave ran out of his supply of Tums and Rolaids, LOL

And my biggest hope for this offseason is that Jamie grows her hair back again! I miss her longer hair too.

oh - David wants a little daddy's girl!!!!

I agree - I miss teh ponytail, but short hair is so much easier to maintain I would not be surprised if she kept it short...

Yup, agree about the hair. You can look like a cute 40 or 45 year old when you're 40 or 45, not when you're 29. Plus, she has fabulous hair, not thin stringy stuff so it's ideal to be longer. Hopefully as a busy working Mom, she'll grow it and wear it in a ponytail. So much sexier. (I have talked to someone who spoke to her in person and they said it's adorable in person, but I still like it long)

:agree: IMO. but still like it short as well. She is  no matter what she does to her hair. As someone's dad also pointed out, her eyes are incredible and I think she could pull off a buzz cut with those pretty eyes and nice smile of hers.

As far as it being easier to "maintain" short hair???? Than a ponytail??? I don't think that is true (somewhat dependent on style but most of the time ...). Even in a conversation with a woman this weekend - the ONLY thing easier having short hair (not buzz cut) is washing and drying. You don't have the option of just throwing it in a ponytail and also limits the styles you can have. I used to have hair that I could pull back into a PT and a short braid and the first time I went short after that the only thing I found "easier" is wash / dry time and less time spent combing. But it is acutely a surprisingly big pain in the keester to get a short hair style just right. ;) IMO

That is a cute article! I can imagine David being a very protective dad to a daughter. Can you imagine being her first boyfriend? ;)

I have short hair and find it easy. I just need to wet it and put in a small amount of product in the morning. Prep time is about two minutes.

Long hair worn down isn't fun with babies. They like to grab, and can have little vice-like grips. I had that happen a few times when my hair was long.

Another article said one reason David seemed more inclined to a girl is because his brother has boys. He thought it would even things out a bit.
