Sorry Grganny, I don't have the answers but saw this here for a couple of days and felt like you might want some answer. A while back when there was the upgrade this happened to a few posters. Here is the thread I remember.

btw, the search engine for vbulletin is not that ...ah... great. I typed in "post count" and chose to look in "office" and it said no match,
go figure? No biggy, not complaining, just found that out and thought it was odd.
