Probably not, but I thought the Court ruled that she was out of time to bring her claim, Ginsburg dissenting.

Well, certainly not to the degree some (Ginsburg among them, I'm sure) would claim. But yeah, this case was basically "You waited too long." They didn't toss it on merits per se.
