I had done quite a few experiments with accelerometers and motion tracking but this was even cooler because the sound data was so nuanced. It can give much more detailed information like placement of weight on the blade, edge depth, and all kinds of things - I will have to play around a lot with this, but it was really interesting.

Made me super hyper aware of my skating and the cleanliness of it. Although our intention is to use this for artistic reasons, I can already see a lot of practical possibiliteis.
