Info about practice session

For those of you who have all event tickets to Skate America...I have some info for you.
I noticed that no website for either SA or for the Sovereign Center have the practice schedule listed for Thursday. So I e-mail the arena and here is the schedule

On Thursday practice will start at 9am-10:20am with ladies, ice dance at
10:35am-11:55am, mens at 12:10pm-1:30pm, and pairs from 1:45pm-3:05pm.

I received a letter from the hosts at US Nats in St. Paul saying that all event ticket holders will be able to watch the practice sessions in the Xcel Energy Center. However, for practice sessions at the Pleasant Arena will not permit ticket holders due to seating capacity. (whatever that means?)
