Afaik (as far as I know) ITA is no abbreviation. It is Latin for "it is like that".

On the Internet, ITA = I TOTALLY AGREE. At least that's how I've always seen it used.

So that's what PML means -- I had been wondering about that one.

ETA -- whenever I see "ETA" my brain processes "estimated time of arrival". Think it'd be retrained by now, hmmm?

OTT -- Over the top (haven't seen this one around for a while)
OOC -- if you're reading fanfics, that means out of character
