ISU Website Redesigned

I also like how the Skating ISU YouTube channel has random non-geoblocked videos of GP performances on there now. At first, it was only Ilia's free skate from Skate Canada, so I thought, "Wow, ISU is really trying to market their stars now and make their performances available for the masses." But then, they had five very random skates available from Grand Prix de France... such as Lorine Schild's free skate. None of these other skaters were medalists or one of the "bigger" names in their discipline. So no, someone just isn't paying attention with the geo-blocking, lol. Not gonna complain about more skating videos being available though!

Ooohkay, I am now firmly of the opinion that someone (maybe a mole) in the ISU is doing this to their website just for funsies... and social media is not going to let the ISU forget it.

There's a theory that it's pulling pictures based on the first letters of the surname.

Certainly does make for interesting browsing.

I think someone is feverishly working on them right now, as Camden's (and Shoma's and Yuzu's, he was another weird take but is now fixed) has gone to a picture of himself. The impetus may have been Amber Glenn cheerfully reposting the one of her that was, well... look for yourself.
