Living on the "Ring of Fire", one of my jobs was maintaining the west coast Tsunami warning network. The Japan Tsunami of 12 years ago still hurts. This is a painful but worth watching 48 min special by NHK Japan World about one hospital and hard decisions that had to be made by heros....subtitles with lots of spoken English.
