Ladies go for Gold! Free Skate

Yeah, I'm over it too..lol Sasha has had plenty of chances to redeem herself after having great short programs. Of course, them letting the LP get away from her..
I ddin't mean any disrespect to Sasha, I love watching her skate even the flawed ones. If I don't move on then I'm going to be mad like I was with Johnny. The difference to me is at least Sasha tried, Johnny bailed.

I hope for both Kimmie and Irina to fall on their a$$es.

That's just nasty. As much as I'd like to see both Suguri and Arakawa on the podium, I don't wish for skaters to fail, just for others to do better.

MEISSNER

Flips out of 3F, adds 2T on the end
2A
3Lz-touches down-2T ... without the triple triples, she doesn't have very much unfortunately
3L
3Lz
3S
2A-2T

She'll be ahead of Rochette.

Please, other skaters did do better.. they were just undermarked.

And I think that an Olympic medal is a dream and a goal for every champion skater.

With the olympics becoming less popular with each successive one, that's a pretty stupid dream IMHO. The dream should be for a long distinguished career and not any one particular competition. Cohen's not there yet, but she's not done badly so far.

I want to thank who ever is giving a"play by play" on the skating. It is great to get your comments since we are not going to see the perfomances until later tonight.

Great job for Joannie, coming back to (at least) 5th place

absolutely..must've been killer of a LP. Good for her.

I am really ticked off by Elene G's palcement. Can't wait to see the protocols and the performace itself, of course.
