Ladies Short Program

Like I've said, Shelepen was a better choice for Euros since she is more experienced. I love Polina but she is inconsistent. This is a disaster

A shame after her wonderful FS in QR. Is her spot at Worlds in danger?

If Korobeynikova doesn't repeat her Preliminary FS I think Shelepen can start to pack her things for worlds.

EDIT: 49 for THAT program? And I was complaining she was underscored in the prelims.

shame about the falls
hope she can make up for the FS, or else Shelepen may go to Worlds instead.

Despite the mistakes I love the programs and style of Korobeynikova and Popova.:)

But the Ladies has been dire this afternoon, average performances, someone needs to come out the box and take their chance here.

we are forgetting Sofia Byriukova. She was in front of Shelepen at nationals and was the first substitute for Euros but I can't see Russian Federation sending her.(because of her huge inconsistency).

Biryukova ? yes, she is more inconsistent than Shelepen and Korobeynikova combined
she only had one clean program at Cup of Russia. she bombed heavily in Nationals LP falling all over the place
imo, it will be a risk if they send her, either stick with Polina K. or pick. Shelepen

But isn't Shelepen the 2nd substitute?

yes, but she imo, is better than Biryukova
her only meltdown was at nationals, and it could have been fatigue , shelepen had competed at junior grand prix before nationals
