And you missed a big one. MAN did Irina take charge of the ice and the arena. Wow. The folks at the skating video site had the pairs up really fast after they were aired in the wee hours - so I don't think you'll have to wait long for Irina and the others.

Boy if Irina keeps skating like this for the season......

Poor Amber. I wonder if something is wrong. I've always liked what I've seen of her public personna, and I just feel really bad for her. She's been a trooper over the years.

Talk about two starkly contrasting skates!

I know this has been discussed but I think Irina's med have given her a definate advantage. It has been said that her meds are suppose to make her slow, tired and sluggish. I think that is a bunch of BULL!

From Braulio's post at FSU (TV Alerts Section), and I get the feeling that figuring out what will be on CCTV-5 and when (thru PPLive) is a challenge, it looks like massive coverage from 2AM until 8AM CST on Friday (EARLY) morning.

That is supposed to cover OD, Men's Short, and Pairs free. And in that time frame (if accurate) it seems like there will be extra time for replays. Hope this helps...

Believe me some days it is an effort to just fluff the quilt on my bed. It can zap your strength THAT much. Don't even get me started on the joint pain.

I think that if Irina can do what she does with he illness, just imagine what she would do if she was 100% healthy. She's not like some other skaters that run and hide when the going gets tough. She's a fighter and fights for what she gets.
