3 flip - 2 toe maybe 2 footed?
Only 2 Salchow
spiral - nice
layback - not very flexible
2 axel - ok
footwork - nice
combo spin - ok
blanked on flying spin sorry
Seen her skate this better. Technically weaker than Liu, but more attack and expression.
3 salchow - 2 toe with arm over the head - nice!
Tries the 3 flip but doubles then falls
spiral - good
2 axel - 2 footed poor landing
flying camel - excellent!
footwork - nice expression
combo spin - good
Jump problems but great expression and fun program. Totally different than the usual ladies short program. If only she could get the jumps.
You're welcome everyone. I lucked out and get this NBC 4.4 channel on FIOS.
Leung
3 Lutz - 2 loop - good
3 Flip - clean
flying camel - nice position
2 axel - barely
combo - hit and miss in terms of quality
footwook - weakest element so far
layback with pearl variation - good!
spiral with Arakawa variation - good
Not bad! She looked completely lost at times during the footwork though.
3 Flip - 3 loop - stiff but seemed clean and rotataed
3 Lutz - clean but flutzed
comb spin - ok
footwork - soft
layback - nice classic position
2 axel - good
spiral - good
flying spin - good
Nice clean program. We'll see on the combo though.
Mira looks much improved from last season! That is indeed a pearl, or maybe more like Mirai's catch-foot layback. On icenetwork's practice video, she does a better, faster version that's held longer and is more stretched out.
Rachael! Way to handle the pressure, good job! I think there was a downgrade 3F-3R< , and probably also an 'e' deduction on the 3Z. Too bad. I think it's a gutsy first skate with the big girls. Nerves probably affected the combo. I do think though that she can improve with more attention to the shoulders -- she needs to relax them more and have a more upright posture. It got worse later on during the program, maybe she's working on it, but goes back to old habits when she's a little tired.
