Matteo Rizzo eyes Milan 2026

Rizzo has competed at the last two Olympics (2018 and 2022) and looking forward to the upcoming Olympic Games on home ice in Milan 2026. He talks about how his focus will be directed on the training leading up this event after which he plans to end his long career.

First event will be CS Lombardia Trophy

I really like it that Matteo chooses challenging music which makes it difficult for him at first, but so rewarding at the end when he nails it! Great interview again. I've been following Matteo since his first OG. Let's hope he keeps it up. Good that he's also doing other things than skating. And his English is really superb.

Italy will contend for a team medal. Matteo has very nice technique on his jumps and notable charisma. Looking forward to seeing him develop another 3 years.
