Men's LP...play-by-play coverage/comments

re. Ivan Dinev of Bulgaria -

Did I hear correctly at the very end....the Eurosport guys said something to the effect that "Dinev left ice abruptly after his program, rather than salute the judges & 8,000-strong public. All the more reason that they might knock him down further." Can someone confirm/explain????

It's Evan & Matt in the next group...not to forget 'The E-man.' Will it be a classic 'E-man Bounce-Back'? Isn't this his 'masterpiece' programme coming up? I wish them all well!!!!!

Oh crud!
I've listened to this on eurosport all week but can't find the 'live audio' button!
I've read a few different times where some of you mention how hard it is to find, & I've never had trouble till today.
Any help? pretty please?
Thanks!
Jane

nevermind.......lol
I finally found it. It was hidden!
sheesh.............

Evan with Gwendal. "The perfect program" says G. Evan, "I found out I had the stomach flu, about one hour after the SP. I didn't think I'd make it to today's progra..."

"Now - the exotic Emanuel Sandhu!!!"

Tick-Tock Sandhu Mix
"dressed in Italian blue...for his Italian mother."

DOWN on quad toe... (aww....)

"This is turning into a horror storry..Canadian fans trying to lift him...everybody, actually." [must have missed 3 ax...]

3 sal OK

2nd 3 axel.."no better than the first."

3 loop - no problem (cheers)
2 ax - 3 toe "It's getting better now."

3 flip-3 toe (flip OK but not toe)

Ends. "Oh dear....at least he's a lovely mover on the ice...."

"Did you hear the gasp from the crowd"

This was in refence to the 3a... did he hit it?

EDIT: "The damage has been done." Guess not.

Live from CBC:

SANDHU

4T- goes for it, and falls uhhhhhh-oh.
3A- goes for it, and falls again
3Lz- Pops
The performance is absolutely gone.
3S- too little, too late
He's skating about as fast as my grandmother at this point.
3A- pops to a single
3L
2A-3T
3F-3T, two footed, flips out
He has no fire left. The effect he usually has on you just isn't there. He's a robot at this point.

Even worse than usual-two pops, fall on quad, fall on axel. Why am I even the slightest bit surprised? At least he rotated the first axel.

Sandhu to 5th, so far. Eight guys to skate.

Well, the Americans will at least all end up in top 10!!!!
Sad for E-man, though....

I'm going to KILL my boyfriend...he said at Skate Canada that Johnny Weir would bomb by hurting his foot or something (he actually said that too...I think he's psychic) and he did.

And last night he said Eman would fall today...and he did...twice!

If Buttle bombs I will freak!

Back to crying...
