Alex Kam is in a class by himself (with Caluza right on his heels), just a few bobbles and his equilibrium was off on a few of those spins, but not enough to lose 1st place imho.

This Chan has the Chan style but not the power. Good skate.

The quality of Kam's skating is so superior! Love him. He ran out of gas after losing his balance on that spin, though. I'm surprised he didn't score better.

Ugh, do you have to demean everyone in comparison to Chan, including a young 16-year-old kid making his major international debut? He's really talented!

He popped two big jumps and completely botched a spin, so not surprised his TES is so low.

Ah, I see he was 16th in the SP, and 4th in the FS so far, so I get the scores, for some reason I thought he placed higher in the SP...hmmm...

Caluza and Kam were good, I thought, especially Caluza. I can't wait to see more of him. I have the flu so I'm having trouble paying attention, keep falling asleep..

Yep, USFSA is certainly looking pretty stupid right now with the decision to pass over Armin...who likely could have dealt successfully with this altitude. Not sure if Dornbush's problems were solely altitude though. He's just sort of lost the plot as this season has worn on.
