Men's Short Program.. Tuesday 16th, 7:15PM EST

I spotted Taka in the short second I dared to look at the warm-up (which I normally never watch). GO TAKAHIKO!!!! GO BRIAN!!! GO JOHNNY!!! GO PATRICK!!! GO SAMUEL!!!

Totally in that order of course.

GOOOO KOZUKA!!
lol and I sincerely hope Chan delivers a Chantastic program.

So far the only thing I'm not satisfied with is Plushenko's PCS and teh techs being lazy and not giving edge calls to wrong-edge entry jumps.

Yeah, I think if Chan scores anywhere between one and one hundred, someone somewhere will claim he was overscored. Might as well get that out of the way now. Of course, he might legitimately be overscored, but since a good number of people have already made their minds up, what's the point debating it?

 Thank you for putting very succinctly exactly what I was thinking ....

Chan looks pretty relaxed on warm-up, smiling and everything...

Chan does have an amazing SP, so high PCS scores are deserved if he gets them. And his elements, when completed, are usually completed really well, so deserve high GOE...

This is going to be an amazing flight!

My biggest fear of the night is precisely that. If he goes clean I think he may very well be number one after the night is over, regardless what the others do.

If he skates flawlessly, would he deserve to be in first? He should definitely be up there with Plush and Dai. I love the quad, but I'd put Patrick and Dai's performance ability over the quad (with an average performance) any day.

Let's just see what happens ...

btw, since I'm obviously the only one around here rooting for Evan I think I might have to hide for a bit if he does well.

Alright... let see how much Baboo (btw blame the nickname on FSU for making it up) will score? Will he be close to the top?
