Yes, he can, we'll have to wait and see.

4S is a jump that appears to require concentration from him for a perfect takeoff while 4Lz requires more force. So why put the 4S in a place where he has no time to gather his wits together? And I hope they will put 3Lo somewhere where he can still concentrate as well.

That's the problem with the new rules, all the elements will be more crammed into a shorter LP, if the focus was his main issue before it is bound to get even worse now. I think it might be another reason why they want to start with a simpler layout.

It is always awful to be ill in the summer - I guess he was not used to California climate and air conditioning can be a challenge too...
There are other test skates in St Petersburg this week for the team of St Petersburg - closed for public alas! I wonder if we get to hear anything at all?!

Maybe it was a strategic decision? Because instead he did some sightseeing over the weekend in Vyborg, a small medieval town near St Petersburg:

No, he didn’t skate there. I don’t know if visiting Vyborg was a strategic decision , in any case that picture....when I have seen it :shocked: This is the closest image how Mikhail could have looked like if he got dressed with one of my costume models I draw for him last summer Well, there are some differences ha, ha, Oh it’s funny ! But you know what? Mine was much glamorous

I’m looking forward to see his new programs, I wonder wich music he has selected ( or Stephan) I want to see the new suits .... I wish him to reach all his dreams, skating clean and beautiful and gaining the respect and admiration that he deserves from the audience and professionals.

I still don't feel fully ready for the new season, rooting for my favourite skaters took too large a toll on my nervous system last season I honestly hope Misha has recovered better than I have I am happy to start slow with Juniors and put off another roller-coaster ride for a while.

Carmen is based on overheard background music in the video with the 4S (which could really be anybody's). Carmen isn't Latin though?.. Although considering that it's a translation into and then back from Japanese the terms could have got rather imprecise.

Carmen could be called Hispanic, though. And didn't Mikhail say before that the FS was "classic" or something like that? Carmen would fit. But there are other common skating pieces that would too.

I was also very confused? the person who posted this on twitter also said that Carmen was 99,9% sure for the FS and the russian fans seem convinced?

Maybe it's going to be a mix like his SP last season (Mozart and Tango) so this is Carmen and Latin? :scard8:

I don't know how anybody can be convinced since the only source so far is that video :think:. But we'll know soon anyway.

I'll translate the part about Misha! It's this:

When I watch him skate, I really admire what a truly cheerful guy he is.
