3= France and USA
2= Canada, Russia, Italy, Great Britain and Israel

3= Canada, USA and Japan
2= France, Switzerland, Belgium Russia and Sweden



I Still dont get how Switzerland gets 2 spots in the ladies with Kaser performing so badly. I dont think thats fair. So sad for the Czech republic losing 1 spot and YAY for Russia that seems to gain lost ground.

Re: Swiss ladies....if you send 2 and one doesn't even qualify for the LP, does it go to the same idea of having only sent one to begin with? (that if that one finishes in the top 10, they earn 2 spots for next year?)

I think if they don't make the free skate, the other one has to finish in the top eight. Sarah Meier finished sixth.

It doesn't seem quite fair that you get the same points for being last overall of the ladies that qualified for the LP as for not skating the LP at all, but that's how it works.

It's a rule that probably needs changing.
