In addition to a separate case (in which Lisova was dismissed), Lisova apparently harassed a skater at an event where she performed duties as a judge (2024 CS Budapest Cup). The skater wanted to withdraw the complaint, but the ISU made the decision to move forward with a complaint to the Disciplinary Commission (source).

Decision (source)
  1. Ms Olena Lisova is found to have violated Article 3 of the ISU Code of Ethics.
  2. A suspension of 12 months from participation as a judge and participation in all ISU events and activities is imposed on her.
  3. The suspension is from 14 January 2025 and ends at 5pm on 13 January 2026.
  4. The restraining order remains in place until 5pm on 13 January 2026.
  5. The Parties bear their own costs.

She sat ID panels in that event, both junior and senior. I mean, judges in backrooms is one thing, but intimidating a junior skater is another level. Glad she was disciplined, because what's described in the complaint is a clear abuse of power.

This judges' offense was to criticize the skater for switching to another coach, trashing their skating after switch and pushing them to return to their old coach under the threat of not continuing Ukranian Fed's support and assinments to competition.

If it's who I think it is they weren't a junior. Another concerning aspect is the behaviour of the former coach. It sounds like Lisova's behaviour may have stemmed from a conversation with this person. If I'm correct, this person is coaching junior teams. One of whom are as, if not more successful. What would this person do if the other team decided to switch coaches too?

Section [44] of the source specifically states Junior competition in the skater's statement, and it is repeated in section [51] by Lisova that it was junior ID competition. It refers to previous day competition, which was both senior and junior. The name of a document attachment in Section [83] may be indicative of a senior skater. Regardless, still in a position of power and doesn't act as an impartial judge is supposed to act (let alone a decent human being).

The complainant described attending the junior free dance to support the junior skaters. A senior skater could do that.
