LRK.......You are the bomb!!!! I know I say it every time you post but, it really means a lot to me that you do this for us. Try as I may, I have never been able to see this much coverage of Plushy since he retired and I just love it.

Yeah, it didn't use to be this easy. I'm really grateful to whoever is in charge of the angelsofplushenko Instagram - I mean, what an excellent job they are doing! And especially happy that they are posting in English as well - so nice for us who don't speak Russian.

I wonder far Plushenko's son will go in the figure skating world in the end. Of course he is still super young and there is no way to know, but that would be a massive legacy to follow.

And they are russian thus some followers have very strict opinions about the parents when they watch the stretching. They really don't know the results don't come without pain, working. Plushenko did the stretching exercises with his mom. When he had pain his mother promised him chewing gums... I don't know what is Sasha's motivation

Does anyone know how long those spinner things have been around? We never had them when I was skating or dancing. We had harnesses and mini-tramps but, I don't think I've seen one those spinner things in person. They're neat looking.

As always.......Thank you for making my summer days a lot more interesting. Central Ca. is in the middle of a record breaking heatwave. This clips and a big glass of ice tea have been my salvation.....

Plushy Junior is so freakin' cute......When I was that age, I was lucky to make it into our family album. I was the 5th child and I think my parents were long past thinking that kids were cute..

The cuteness along with the immense talent of the students in Plushy's Academy is very exciting. Keep that shoulder open.......I remember hearing that in my classes. You can see Plushy reminding them. This clip is short but, it tells a big story about how to set up for a good Lutz.
