Plushenko will honour us with his presence in 2010!

Well, it`s a bit late to comment on this post now, but I haven`t found time earlier. Do some of you remember the hilarious French comment of Evgeni being "le tigre du lac Baikal"??? I got tears laughing and very nearly fell off my chair. As far as I remember an alternative was "le tigre du Siberie". OMG! If I am right Cavalli will do Evgeni`s costum for the new season. Isn`t he the one with those outrageous "I`m so sexy" animal prints??? He could do a nice tiger costume, and we will do the roaring (with laughter:rofl:)

I don't remember that comment but i do remember that seniorita had "le tigre du Siberie" under her screen name for a while!

Seniorita, are you really a french commentator?!

Ant

Seniorita, are you really a french commentator?!
Yes, thats why i run away with Scot Hamilton, I m trying to make him pass to me his "commentator" wisdom.

:unsure:what else will I read here?
have you heard of my french lately?
Le tigre de sibérie is a nickname french call evgeni and i liked it, i dont know if they call him officialy like this in france. It just sounded cool.
He could do a nice tiger costume
yes that would be great, after the zebra in snow for stephan, we will have the tiger in frozen lake for plush. cant wait!that means he will wear white?:sheesh:
who said cavali will design for him?anyway thats the least i d care.:p

Whats wrong with you today, first yuna topic now this, I m laughing like an idiot at work, they would think I m not well. :p
In greece plushy has the nickname of "yellow" boy. Cant explain it, but it is a paraphrase of golden for medals and blond for hair. They dont comment nose, greeks are more guilty of a large one:laugh:
Not that they know many male skaters anyway, Yag, Plush, Joub and Lambiel and thats it.:sheesh:

oh nonono NO, dont bring sumo guys in plushy thread!

it all seemed possible, i was reading with great interest...until you mention they did a quad:o

why poor seniorita?I ve seen it once and banned it from my head.
why did you do that to yourself?:sheesh:you had been warned..

Actually I like some exhibitions of Mishin's students, Plush's 04 and 06 and Gachinski's and Lutai's this year, I m probably of the few I m not scared of Mishin?Fans who have gone to his camps have said he is very social and warm, in few interviews I ve read, he seems very smart, with humor and interesting to talk to, actually with his round figure he reminds me of Santa Claus:laugh:

Mishin should not be scary, or Plushenko would not stick with him for so many years, especially after Plushenko has been famous. To me, he is too serious. That is all.

Is there a link to Plushy's Tango music?[/
tango is arranged by marton (again..:disapp:)..I tried to find a link without arm flailing and head bagging but it was impossible:p http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BwTTYTQWMS4 this is from germany a couple of months ago, Idont know if this has anything to do with the Lp music he is planning, I hope not.

anyway this is for nubka, to justify this thread somehow...

says that Plush trains in Estonia until the end of month with Glebova and skaters from 14 countries. He looks good http://f.postimees.ee/f/2009/06/17/195778t41h0a14.jpg

I think Evan will have rival for the flapping arms in Vancouver
lol, fingers crossed,he will have a rival for lots of things;)
yes i dont think this was actually a choreo for a competitive program so.... And I cannot get comparisson of evan's arms style with plush, i try, but i dont. Maybe cause plush is shorter, it looks different.
Marton is from Hungary, i dont like this music tango much, it sounds flat.

less is more Plushy - now I have less respect. Still have some, the guy is good, but as far as personality goes ... Sex bomb was just as far as he should have went.

Plushy looks good, some nice jumps and his headbanging and arm flaps are still in top form  I think Evan will have rival for the flapping arms in Vancouver ;)

Oh, Evan is an world champion in arm flapping. No contest. That is one thing that Plushenko cannot compete with him. Plushenko's arm movements have meanings while I cannot figure out the meaning of Lysacek's arm flapping.

I dont judge a skater 's personality from an unfortunate number, i was just surprised this thing was on tv and was popular..and I chose not to see it again.
If plush gets less respect for this, he gets 10 times respect for his live skate with bocceli and paris bercy gala :)

I do agree, though I'm not sure if Plushenko's arm flapping has any meaning beyond "rack up those points for upper-body movement." Admittedly, he could've been doing an innovative avian version of Tosca...

As for Lysacek, I think his arm flapping looks *different* because his arms are so long. Such prodigious arm movement merits a more impressive description--less avian and more wind turbine, perhaps?

The Bottom Line

Plushenko's 2006 Olys win was a dud and overscored but he deserved to win with the ensuing splatfest.

Lysacek's 2009 Worlds win was an excellent surprise and he deserved the win.

Bottom Line is that janetfan is really eco-logically sensitive!:laugh::laugh:
i m watching his record from his site(it's friday...), i didnt know many things, 52 gold medals out of the 76 competitions in his career, 14 silver, 4 bronze.
In 5 seasons (1999-2004) he won 33 of 39 competitions, wow, even me I m impressed.
Did he always win in a splatfest?:p

It is because Plushy's "Terminator Nose" is sucking all of the oxygen from the arena. The other skaters can't breath properly so of course they are falling on jumps, walking through their steps, and even Lambiel is spinning slower. That is why "Le Nez Grand" is so hard to beat

you wont ruin my friday..i ll answer on monday

ok that was funny, maybe thats what the commentators were talking about when they spoke about his demeanor:laugh:

By the way this is where the phrase Sucking the air out of the room came from?:laugh::laugh:
