On a more serious note - Since Mathman is a moderator and reads this thread: I am one of the people who haven't been able to access GS the last few days - luckily, the problem is only on my work computer; I'm home now. I don't get error messages; I get nothing. The browser just freezes. I tried IE7 and Firefox, and cleared my cache - no luck. Do you guys have any idea what's causing this? From lurking at FSU I know I'm not the only one and that it's being looked into.

During Worlds, the Ladies' LP and Men's LP threads went past 1000, and men's SP came close, but was at a disadvantage because people moved on to the LP thread.

But this Plushy thread is the most amazing example I've seen here of people sustaining a discussion of absolutely nothing. It's like the Seinfeld of GS threads.

Some fluf stuff around plush from pinzolo, not on ice but how much off topic can that be comparing to the rest? The thread must live to its myth

So yesterday Alessandro Del Piero, the captain player of Juventus that trains also in Pinzolo with his team, visited Plushy on ice rink to watch his train, gave him a gift for good luck, his t shirt, and they played football! Del Piero wrote to his Tshirt for Plushy To Evgeni, the Genious.
The italians who saw his onice training said that he has completely changed the tango he skated at shows, music and choreo. No videos cause as fas as i know Mishin thunders everyone who holds a camera there with just one look!

And another thing, whhheeeeeeeee plushy got his global surprise gift on Sunday!!!!
The surprise is an audio cd with voices from all over the world, 50 messages were chosen, of people from all different countries wishing him welcome back and good luck in Olys in their language and english or russian. His italian/english forum organised it and I think also his official and all his international forums collaborated for this.
The surprise was set in two weeks time and unfortunately Ant was on vacations when this project was made so from what I saw Argentina was not represented in the cd, but from around there it was Peru and Brazil!
Plush listened to cd and next day he thanked his fans in the video below. He also said he was in a shock that Ant didnt wish him. But Plushy has a grand heart and thanked also Ant for this even know he knew it was not possible for him to send a message(dont worry Ant, british accent was represented from another fan! )

I think you need glasses. According to ISU Weir is 1.72m and Plush 1.78m. Jouby is one cm taller than Plush and Lycakek..ok..10 more!
According to me Plushy is ok tall for a figure skater, I didnt see many around in his height.

Preaubert and Verner are among the taller skaters, I think they're both 1.80 or taller. BTW, I somehow came across an article on Verner in Czech, and I think I know what his music is for both programs. But I couldn't confirm it on any English language source, and I don't want to mislead people here. What to do? Can anyone here read Czech?
