Ok, i wrote all this while in first pair groups. In ladies I might write a book from boredom. I m abit frustrated with the pairs, i wanted the germans to win...
anyway morning practice was at 8 o clock and i have newfound respect for the skaters who are dressed in sequins and jump at this hour and this cold.The practice rink is so cold you cant breath, and the phrase "the ice is slippery" gives another dimension to the words if you walk in tallinn. I have promised me i wont fall down but it is hard to keep the promise.
First skater i saw today was Plush
, the moment i opened the door he was wearing the new costume and i was left speechless. By photos i saw of this costume the previous night i didnt like it at all, but in practice he looked like the prince of russian fairytale all sparkling. I thought of Nadine that moment
It fits him really well and hightlights his lines (and i checked all the possible angles 
)
Joubert was very very happy in practices and he was wearing also his costume. He was speaking with some cute french guys before his group and he looked all clean and tide and handsome. I liked him.

From plush group fernandez was better than previous day but still had troubles with jumps. I dont like is sp in general though, his lp is great!! Plush was nailng the axels but had huge problem with quad,he was trying and falling down, then he got mad and landed one shaky with 2toe after, then he fell again and mishin called him out of ice,and no more practice. It was a bit frustrating to see him fall down and trying again.I didnt believe he would land a clean one in competition, i was prepared for the worse after this disaster of practice. He doesnt practice anything except for axel and quad and spins. When he doent hit a quad he forgets it for a while and does footwork, then comes back. He also goes deaf when he practices, no reacton to seniorita cheering, King doesnt look at mere mortals in training. :boohoo:
The one with moonlight sonata sent me to sleep so i went for coffee and missed next group. The third group, voronov had great skate, did 4-3 and looked faster live, and his runthrough was much better than competition afterwards. Ponsero had also trouble with jumps and i think he was the only who was not rehearshing the costume(i hate it). Brezina was great in practice, had problems with axel, didnt land quad as far as i remember there. His jumps height are like, are you kidding me?he wil leave the orbit of earth in a while!
Great program, love the steps.
Lambiel got the biggest applause in practice, his program is very audience grabbing and poor preubert..the difference with same music strikes bad. But i like his version, funny. Contesti program is also funny but i dont like it live. With Verner all greek pride caught me and i was clappin 10 in the morning syrtaki
, but his jumps were weak and i m surprised that he did what he did in competition, his practices were worse, popping all over. Sigh..
Joubert was having the best practice of all and i want to say his spins are fast live and i dont see he lacks in somewhere comparing to other;s spins, i cant believe he looks so good after injury. He was jumping quad easily , only at the end he was tired and was mising it but he was the last to stay until the end trying it.
Joub and Plush were the men among the schoolboys.They enter the building and you see all heads turn, confidence in spades, I really cant explain better but i excuse all judges, i really do, and you know Joubert is not my cup of tea but who cares? I give him that. I suspect Lysacek might have this charisma, but I wont admit it, jamais! In my opinion Stephan was a little scared and it showed also in competition. But at least he reacts and smiles at seniorita cheering.
In competition i saw all groups and at some point i wanted to faint from cold. I cant remember all skaters of first groups but the turqey guy was good and the one who had amelie, Zoltan?Also i liked the Kazakov and the guy from estonia. Audience was great even in first groups and trying it to give a pulse. Lindemann i was so happy i saw him again and crowd welcomed him, very sentimental moment. Kvdp is also a sentimental fav for me but his music was faster than him! Can I marry Zelenka? His skating does nothing to me but he is
At some point after 4th group we went out in corridor for drinks and Plush was having his warm up in the middle of the place! So many people were looking, nobody even tried to bother him, lol! And while we were girltalking about Plush in uniforms, then I turned my head and Mishin was behind us,everybody froze, i managed to tell Hello Mr Mishin and was hoping he had not listened to what we were saying about his student
but he had this stare that I wanted to dissapear from earth!But then he smiled and said 'be calm', sth like that and left,lol, traumatic experience!
Ok about Plush you know the story. I was touched with crowd and Plush seemed like surprised when people cheered like this at the end from our side. I thought so and then I saw it on youtube. Im happy i m not the single crazy who is happy he is back! There was also a huge banner of him, with You are the King always, something like that placed above the head of judges All in all i found out i can keep my breath for 2.40 mins. After the end i was breathing again, he had a great skate and marks were just the cherry. This time him not having final pose was not like Rostelecom. Lol, thats why i post this here and not Europeans Thread, biased a little?But honestly his emotions at the end hit the people like impellent waves, I mean the relief, the happiness, his smile. Actually this is what i remember from all the skate, the final second. Like, hey I m back, I want to play. 
The marks were high, I didnt expect anything above 90,but well...many SB today! Many skaters of other disciplines were out and cheering, i saw carolina at some point, finland ladies and some ice dancers.
Lambiel also was welcomed in huge way and the headless spin at the end...crazy! After the marks he sat in the knc area for sometime, i wanted to give him a hug!Joub got out and had a great performance, and safri duo was such a refresh after so many hours of skating music, Urbas was with carmina burana??that killed me, honestly, i have respect for Urbas cause he s been around forever but i want to suicide afterwards. We were all clapping in Joubert and we had decided that we will cheer for all skaters, no bad carma. And i want to bring their A game so Plush would try also.
Tommorow i ll go to practice and the OD and I m excited with all these costumes, it will be like going to the zoo!
