I v done my homework. Gkelly said that hip thrusts are also transitions , just not difficult ones, especially if you are skating on two feet or standing still.

So my take, i d propose to plushy to do them while skating in speed and before the quad. That would be some improvement.

Love ya plushy, transition-less and all, have fun in Vancouver!

Hmmm, great idea, maybe Jouby should do the same as well? Transitions into quad with the full speed hip thrust..
I tell you what it actually wouldn't be the most ridiculous thing out there.
