I think so. Even there was a major broad cast in Japan for Nagoya TV Cup, ISU still managed to live-stream the entire event on youtube. Otherwise, I will join spamming them!

It wasn't.
the ISU JGP channel uploaded the videos separately. It's their first year of having livestreams in YT.

Based on the 4th Russian Cup it is very likely to be the same placement:

I found Serafima had much better flow and did better in this event than her JGP events.
I am also happy Maria is very much back to her game.

With people stating from the practice reports of Maria having multiple falls you might be right. Though I believe Evgenia with be Serafimas competition for gold.
