It's been a while since there was a properly stupid question asked here (probably a side-effect of the thread being moved to the reference forum). So, it is time I put that right!

The subject of male and female forms of surnames has cropped up many times (for example, when mrrice brought it up in this very thread). And we have established how many of them are converted:
Leonov becomes Leonova
Medvedev becomes Medvedeva
Lipnitsky becomes Lipnitskaya
Březina becomes Březinová
Dušek becomes Dušková
Björgvinsson becomes Björgvinsdóttir
I think that's most of the common ways of converting male surnames to female covered.
So, my question is: what is the male form of Pogorilaya?
