The theme is “The Music, Dance Styles and Feeling of the 1990s.”

The required pattern for juniors is one pattern of the Rhumba followed by one pattern of the Quickstep.

There is also the required midline or diagonal not-touching step sequence, as required for both juniors and seniors in most years.
