Hi everyone,
I'm currently skating in rf3 pros- I've been skating for 3 years now and I've had this pair since the very beginning. Unfortunately, their tongues started to get soft and squishy and I feel way less supported than before
Are they starting to break down? And if yes, which new boots should I choose?
For reference, I also have royal pros on inlines and I prefer the royal pros over rf3 pros (I got them half a year ago and for now they are perfect). For the skill level, I have all my singles, currently working on getting my axel and double salchow consistent. I am 170 cm tall and weigh around 55 kg
I'm also really sorry for my English but it's my second language 😅

Hi and welcome! :) Your boots are definitely broken down.

What is your foot type? Are your arches very high/high/normal/low/flat? Where are you in this world so I (we) can not only suggest boots and blades for you, but also a proper fitter.

Thanks for reply, I have narrow, Greek (although the second toe is only slightly longer than the secon one, alnost the same lenghth) feet with normal to high arches. In termes of blades- I've been using mk galaxy since the beginning, is it time to change them now? I live in Poland

If you prefer the Royal Pros on inlines, you should probably get Royal Pros for ice as well.

A good opportunity to get new blades too. MK Pro is probably going to work best for you. You could also get Gold Seals if you want to keep the 8' rocker, but those are a bit pricy.

Royal Pro would work for you.

No skating advice but wanted to tell you that I didn’t know English is your second language until you tattled on yourself. Your English is perfect.
