Right Leg Exercises?

Hello, I have been having trouble getting my single loop, flip, and scratch spin consistent due to poor motor control and proprioception in my right leg from cerebral palsy. I wear Jackson Debuts with Coronation Ace blades.

I can’t usually get enough power to fully rotate those jumps, and my right leg wants to fly out and not stay crossed on the spin. Unfortunately I don’t have the time or money to see a specialist PT yet, but I’m pretty good at learning on my own.

Can anyone tell me some targeted exercises (off or on ice) to help those specific problems? Thank you.

Hello and welcome!:)
Unfortunately, I can't help you so much but I am sure professionists like Ic3rabbit, who is a great expert, will help you as soon as possible. What I can say, is that you should attend skating lessons to improve because it could be dangerous to learn by your own, only an expert coach will suggest you the right practice for you.
Best wishes!

Thank you!

I meant that I wanted to learn exercises on my own. I don’t try learn skating moves without a coach; I know that’s asking for lousy technique.
