Volchkova has withdrawn from both Cup of Russia and NHK. So far, no replacement has been announced for either event.
Jenna McCorkell has been replaced by Anastasia GIMAZETDINOVA.

A rumor says PYLKINA / HOGNER (SWE) will replace DING/REN.

euterpe - Has Vika retired? I'm heard rumblings on other boards that she may have hung-up her competitive skates.

I don't know if Vika has retired, only that she had ankle surgery in September. She had her best results in the 2002-2003 season under Vassiliev, and since she left him and went back to Russia, she hasn't been the same skater. She is only 23, but her competitive career has been going nowhere for the past few years.

Galina (Maniachenko) Efremenko seems to have withdrawn. There are now only 10 ladies.
